Loc Performance, a track systems, mechanical products, fabricated structures, and assemblies for both defense and industrial applications provider, completed the acquisition of specialty track systems and engineered rubber products businesses of Continental, a developer of technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition fits like a glove with Loc, bringing more of the military track manufacturing capacity under U.S. ownership.
