Visma, the largest software house in Northern Europe, agreed to acquire Oima, a modern employment and payroll administration services provider, from Taaleri, a Nordic investment and asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Oima has tremendous know-how and a strong passion to change society for the better. In six years, the company has been able to create an excellent, modern product to improve Finnish society.
