Visma to acquire Oima from Taaleri.

Visma, the largest software house in Northern Europe, agreed to acquire Oima, a modern employment and payroll administration services provider, from Taaleri, a Nordic investment and asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Oima has tremendous know-how and a strong passion to change society for the better. In six years, the company has been able to create an excellent, modern product to improve Finnish society. We believe that Oima's services are a great extension to Visma's service offering," Jukka Holm, CEO of Visma Enterprise CEO.
