Advent International and Eurazeo-backed Planet, a company which provides integrated digital payment services on a unique single platform that offers acquiring, processing, digital wallets, completed the acquisiton of Proximis, a digital unified commerce platform enabling brands and store chains to offer their customers an online buying experience like an in-store experience. Financial terms were not disclosed.
