Cardinal Capital completed the acquisition of Ashdale Care from MML.

Cardinal Capital, an independent investment firm, completed the acquisition of Ashdale Care, a provider of therapeutic residential care for children from MML, a mid-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Cardinal’s partnership with Ashdale will support the experienced management team as they increase capacity and continue to provide high quality care and positively transform the lives of children with complex and challenging needs," Cardinal Capital.
