EnCap Flatrock Midstream to invest $350m in Elysian Carbon Management.

EnCap Flatrock Midstream, which provides value-added growth capital to proven management teams, agreed to invest $350m in Elysian Carbon Management, a carbon management company. "Elysian is at the forefront of developing projects necessary to support carbon reduction goals across North America.
