Corza Medical completed the acquisition of Katena Products from Audax Private Equity.

Corza Medical, a global manufacturer of innovative surgical technologies, completed the acquisition of Katena Products, a global provider of precision ophthalmic instruments and therapeutics to physician offices, hospitals, surgical centers, distributors, medical device OEMs and clinics, from Audax Private Equity, an alternative investment manager.
