CapVest-backed Inspired Pet Nutrition to acquire Pet Food UK from Piper.

CapVest-backed Inspired Pet Nutrition, a natural dog meals and pet treats seller, agreed to acquire Pet Food UK, a dog and cat pet food and treats seller, from Piper.
