Broadcom to acquire AppNeta.

Broadcom, a global technology firm that designs, develops and supplies a broad range of semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, agreed to acquire AppNeta, a developer of end-user performance monitoring software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited about the new digital experience management capabilities AppNeta will add to our DX NetOps network monitoring solutions.
