INPEX completed the acquisition of a 50% in Luchterduinen offshore wind farm and a 15% stake in the Borssele III/IV offshore wind farm from Diamond Generating Europe.

INPEX, an exploration and production company, ompleted the acquisition of a 50% in Luchterduinen offshore wind farm and a 15% stake in the Borssele III/IV offshore wind farm from Diamond Generating Europe, a power generation company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
