J.F. Lehman completed the acqusition of Narda-MITEQ from L3Harris.

J.F. Lehman, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acqusition of Narda-MITEQ, which develops and manufactures specialized radio frequency (RF) microwave products, from L3Harris, a proven leader in tactical communications, geospatial systems, air traffic management, avionics, and space and intelligence.
