Datwyler, an industrial supplier with leading positions in global and regional market segments, completed the acquisition of Yantai Xinhui Packing, a manufacturer and supplier of pharmaceutical packaging material. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Yantai Xinhui Packing boasts high technological standards in its production. By applying our additional core competencies in solutions design and materials expertise, we are creating an optimal platform to accelerate growth in the Chinese market," Dirk Lambrecht, Datwyler CEO.
