Mister Car Wash, a car wash chain in US, completed the acquisition of Clean Streak Ventures, a customer service company that provides the car washes services, from MKH Capital Partners, a private equity firm, for $390m. "Clean Streak's focus on operating premium car wash locations attracted us to the Company. Their locations increase our presence across Florida, bolstering our market position in the state while giving our customers and members additional convenient locations to wash with us.
