Winncare, a manufacturer and supplier of medical devices, completed the acquisition of Pharmaouest, a manufacturer in the field of pressure sore prevention and technical aids. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Winncare and Pharmaouest share a common vision to create innovative therapeutic solutions for people with reduced mobility and their caregivers, to better serve all patients and providers. We are joining forces to meet the challenges of pressure care management in both preventive and curative care.
