Gryphon Investors-backed Potter Electric completed the acquisition of Valcom.

Gryphon Investors-backed Potter Electric, a manufacturer of fire and life safety products and equipment, completed the acquisition of Valcom, a provider of emergency communication systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Valcom's long tradition of communication leadership, innovation, and customer care is what has driven us for over 40 years.
