Roebuck Asset Management and GFH Financial completed the acquisition of the logistics platform from Hispavima for €25m.

Roebuck Asset Management, a real estate opportunistic fund, and GFH Financial, a diversified investment and commercial portfolio, completed the acquisition of the logistics platform from Hispavima, a Spanish developer, for €25m. The sale is part of Roebuck’s investment strategy, as the fund specialises in Spain’s logistics sector, acquiring regional assets. The firm has already bought platforms in Zaragoza, Murcia and Alicante.
