RINA Prime Value Services to acquire a majority stake in Idea Real Estate.

RINA Prime Value Services, a provider of real estate services to infrastructure, marine, energy, mobility, certification and industrial sectors, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Idea Real Estate, a development and integration of management software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is aimed at the entry of RINA Prime Value Services into the world of "Proptech", in order to promote the integrated and digital management of asset, property and facility management services in the real estate sector.
