Eptec completed the acquisition of AFL Services.

Eptec, a specialist engineering contractor, completed the acquisition of AFL Services, a firm operating in the national defence and infrastructure markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. AFL was established some 20 years ago and has since grown into a supplier of choice for its key defence and infrastructure clients. The acquisition combines the industry strength of both firms to provide clients in the South Australian market with access to leading edge technical, project delivery and long-term asset maintenance expertise.
