Thomas Street Partners, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Central Storage & Warehouse, a provider of temperature-controlled warehouse services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition was motivated by the fact that Central Storage & Warehouse's customers needed additional storage space to accommodate their own production capacity growth. The rationale was to acquire the business and then execute on rapid and proactive facility expansion to grow alongside its customer base.
