Mondiale VGL, a logistics services provider, completed the acquisition of Customs Agency Services, a logistics provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Customs Agency Services business will consolidate our national footprint and give us access to the highly strategic Defence and eCommerce industry verticals, creating significant cross-selling opportunities across our business," Ray Meade, Mondiale VGL CEO.
