Eleeo Brands completed the acquisition of Dapple Baby from Juggernaut Capital Partners.

Eleeo Brands, a household of health & wellness brands, completed the acquisition of Dapple Baby, a producer of cleaning products for families with young children, from Juggernaut Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited by this transaction, which opens new opportunities for both Boogie and Dapple.
