Johns Lyng Group to acquire Reconstruction Experts from Linx Partners.

Johns Lyng Group, an integrated building services group, agreed to acquire Reconstruction Experts, a specialized property repair services provider, from Linx Partners, a private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "They have put in place the key building blocks and systems that should support sustainable growth and we believe that we can add significant value and capabilities to assist Reconstruction Experts accelerate their expansions," Scott Didier, Johns Lyng Group CEO.
