The Hain Celestial Group completed the acquisition of Proven Brands and KTB Foods from Clearlake Capital Group for $259m.

The Hain Celestial Group, a food and beverage company, completed the acquisition of food producers Proven Brands and KTB Foods from Clearlake Capital Group, a private equity firm, for $259m.
