Gambling.com to acquire Roto Sports for 27.5m.

Gambling.com, a multi-award winning provider of digital marketing services for online gambling industry, agreed to acquire Roto Sports, an operator of RotoWire.com and provider of fantasy sports content in America, for 27.5m. “Over the past 25 years, Peter and the RotoWire team have produced some of the best fantasy sports content in America and have in turn embedded their business into the heart of the American sports experience,” Charles Gillespie, Gambling.com CEO.
