Gambling.com, a provider of digital marketing services for the global, regulated online gambling industry, completed the acquisition of RotoWire, a company specializes in fantasy sports news and fantasy-style games, for $27.5m. "We completed the acquisition according to our internal timelines on January 1st, 2022 and thank the RotoWire team for their professionalism and availability through the holiday period. We will consolidate Roto Sports into our Group Financial Statements from January 1st, 2022," Elias Mark, Gambling.com Group CFO.
