The Nutriment Company (Ex Voff Premium Pet Food) completed the acquisition of AniForte from Gorges Naturprodukte.

The Nutriment Company (Ex Voff Premium Pet Food), a provider of natural premium pet nutrition, completed the acquisition of AniForte, a family-run natural pet brand from Gorges Naturprodukte, a manufacturer/producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’ve grown rapidly ever since the company was founded and were looking for the next step up. Becoming part of Voff allows us to step up to the next level. It also allows us to talk about what really matters day-to-day with people in the same position as us. We’re very excited for the years ahead," Mark Gnotke, AniForte CEO.
