Voff Premium Pet Food completed the acquisition of AniForte from Görges Naturprodukte.

Voff Premium Pet Food, a producer of pet food and nutrition supplements, completed the acquisition of AniForte, a natural pet supplement producer distributing across Europe, from Görges Naturprodukte. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’ve grown rapidly ever since the company was founded and were looking for the next step up. Becoming part of Voff allows us to step up to the next level. It also allows us to talk about what really matters day-to-day with people in the same position as us. We’re very excited for the years ahead," Mark Gnotke, AniForte CEO.
