Heritage Pool Supply Group completed the acquisition of AquaCentral from Tenex Capital.

Heritage Pool Supply Group, a rapidly growing platform within the SRS Distribution family, completed the acquisition of AquaCentral, the second largest pool distributor in the United States, from Tenex Capital, a private equity firm.
