Gurunath Reddy completed the acquisition of a 62.2% stake in Continental Hospitals from Gleneagles Development.

Gurunath Reddy, IHH’s partner shareholder in Continental Hospitals, completed the acquisition of a 62.2% stake in Continental Hospitals, a LEED qualified super specialty hospital, from Gleneagles Development. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This divestment is part of IHH’s portfolio strategy review, focused on strengthening our healthcare capabilities for our patients, and creating more value for our stakeholders.
