Pfingsten Partners-backed Quality Valve, a provider of OEM relief valve replacement parts, completed the acquisition of Griffco Valve, a manufacturer of chemical feed equipment for pumps and systems for water and wastewater treatment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Griffco significantly expands our product reach, customer base and end market potential, particularly in water/wastewater.
