AMP Americas completed the acquisition of renewable natural gas projects from Vitol.

AMP Americas, a Chicago-based company that turns cow manure into renewable natural gas to power truck, completed the acquisition of renewable natural gas projects from Vitol, an energy and commodities trader. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have an agile structure and proven ability to finance, build, own, operate, market and deliver renewable energy projects – all under one roof. We believe the strength of these acquisitions, combined with our existing asset portfolio, will enable us to continue to make meaningful contributions to the decarbonization of the transportation and agriculture sectors," Grant Zimmerman, Amp Americas CEO.
