Entegris completed the acquisition of CMC Materials for $6.5bn.

Entegris, a firm that provides materials management products and services to the microelectronics industry on a worldwide basis, completed the acquisition of CMC Materials, a supplier of polishing slurries and polishing pads, for $6.5bn. “It is an exciting day at Entegris.
