Kedaara completed the acquisition of a majority stake in GAVS Technologies.

Kedaara, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in GAVS Technologies, an IT services provider, from Basil Partners, a specialist technology investor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
