Swiss Prime Site, a listed real estate company in Olten, Switzerland, completed the acquisition of Akara Group, a real estate asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Being part of the Swiss Prime Site Group will enable us to pool our fund expertise and significantly expand our market position," Karl Theiler, Akara CEO.
