Generali Real Estate, a real estate asset manager, completed the acquisition of two office real estates in Prague from CPI Property, a real estate landlord of income-generating commercial properties focused on the Czech Republic. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are extremely satisfied about the closing of this transaction, which represents one of the biggest office deals in Prague in 2021. Now, finally, the Generali Group owns its home in Prague.
