Walmart, a global retailer which operates a chain of hypermarkets, department stores and grocery stores, agreed to acquire Babytuto, a Chilean e-commerce baby products platform, which produce baby products and toys. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have accelerated our transformation - growing steadily in recent times - promoting a business focused on connecting in more and better ways with the new omnichannel consumer.
