Ambienta to acquire Cap Vert.

Ambienta, one of Europe's largest asset managers entirely focused on environmental sustainability, agreed to acquire Cap Vert, an urban landscaping firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It’s a pleasure for us to support Cap Vert management team in its growth strategy, both organic and external.
