Sterimed completed the acquisition of Westfield Medical from Maven Capital Partners.

Sterimed, a medical and surgical devices provider, completed the acquisition of Westfield Medical, a supplier of medical sterilisation packaging solutions, from Maven Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The sale of Westfield represents a good return for our investors. The management team have been instrumental in successfully delivering the organic growth plan in recent years and the business has performed strongly. The sale to the Sterimed Group is a great strategic fit for Westfield with significant opportunities for the two businesses to explore.
