Dunman Capital, a real estate investment partnership, York Capital Management, a global private investment firm, and Castlelake, a global alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of a 95% stake in Boulevard Berlin and 71% stake in retail park in France from Klépierre, a commercial real-estate property developer, for €345m.
