OFX completed the acquisition of Firma Foreign Exchange for $70m.

OFX, a low-cost international multicurrency payments provider, completed the acquisition of Firma Foreign Exchange, a global foreign exchange service provider, for $70m. “We’re excited to complete our first major acquisition, and to welcome our new clients and colleagues.
