HORNBACH Holding, the parent company of the HORNBACH Group, agreed to acquire HORNBACH Baumarkt, an operating subgroup (DIY retail) of HORNBACH Group. Financial terms are not disclosed. “We are fully supportive of the transaction as it will enable us to be more agile and even more focused on implementing our successful strategy and operating the business.
