Valcon completed the acquisition of Lonsdale Capital Partners and P2 Consulting.

Valcon, a pan-European consultancy providing strategy and operational solutions with innovative technologies and data, completed the acquisition of Lonsdale Capital Partners, a private equity firm, and P2 Consulting, a conslutancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
