Alecta, a pension fund, agreed to acquire Solna Centrum, a shopping centre in Sweden, from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, a French commercial real estate company, for $307m. Solna Centrum is a well-located complex comprising approximately 48.4k sqm of retail space and 31k sqm of offices.
