White Cap, a distributor of construction and industrial supplies, completed the acquisition of the rebar operations from The Cook & Boardman, a distributor of building specialty hardware and accessories intended for architectural purposes. FInancial terms were not disclosed. "This location, which specializes in steel fabrication and the supply of rebar placement materials and concrete accessories, will allow us to provide expanded rebar services to our local customers in a fast-growing market.
