Arcline Investment Management, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in American Holt, a provider of aftermarket replacement parts for production and processing machinery. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Jon and the American Holt team have built a reputation for market-leading solutions while supporting customers in high-throughput environments.
