Inspira to acquire Anglo Leonardo da Vinci.

Synopsis

Inspira, a basic educaton network in Brazil, agreed to acquire Anglo Leonardo da Vinci, a Brazilian school company with six units. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We don't do opportunistic M&As. We want to acquire schools that are doing very well and that have a vision of expanding and growing the brand," Andre Aguiar, Inspira CEO and Founder.
