Vimian Group completed the acquisition of IMEX.

Vimian Group, a fir, that specializes in the areas of animal health such as specialty pharma, diagnostics, medtech, and veterinary services, completed the acquisition of IMEX, a manufacturer and distributor of orthopedic products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through the acquisition of IMEX we enter a new niche segment within surgical products and complement our existing product portfolio in Movora. IMEX has a strong reputation in the veterinary market with its high-quality product brands and long-term stakeholder relationships.
