New Deal

Announced

Dye & Durham offers to acquire Link Group for $830m.

Synopsis

Dye & Durham, a provider of cloud-based software and technology solutions, withdraws its $1.3bn offer to acquire Link Group, a provider of record keeping technology and information solutions. The time for the satisfaction of outstanding conditions has expired, and there is no expectation they would be resolved, the Sydney-based data services firm said in an exchange filing. Australia’s biggest service provider to its pensions industry is still considering whether to pay shareholders a special dividend of AUD0.08 per share. On June 27, 2022, Dye & Durham decreased its offer from $2.5bn to $1.5bn. On September 19, 2022, the offer was lowered from $1.5bn to $1.3bn. On October 04, 2022, Dye & Durham offers to acquire Link Group for $830m.
