Saltoki completed the acquisition of Sanigrif from Saint-Gobain Group.

Saltoki, a distribution company of technical components, completed the acquisition of Sanigrif, a plumbing, heating and sanitary distribution business, from Saint-Gobain Group, a French multinational corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will allow Saltoki to complete the expansion through the Valencian Community with new points of sale, strengthen the logistics infrastructure in the Levante area with the Alicante logistics platform of Sanigrif and strengthen the commercial service offered in Madrid with the incorporation of new employees.
