CVC, a Jersey-based private equity and investment advisory firm, completed an investment in FutureLife, a pan-European IVF provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Hartenberg recognized that achieving their goal of becoming the "largest and highest quality women's health platform globally" required a partner with a global network and extensive experience in the healthcare sector, which CVC provides.
