Voss Fluid, a manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic connection technology, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Hyptec, a developer of hydrogen and natural gas technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Hyptec, we have gained a technically leading, highly innovative supplier of hydrogen high-pressure valve components and tests as a partner at eye level,” Christian Mertens, Voss Fluid Managing Director.
