Incline Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Specialty Products and Insulation, a distributor and specialty fabricator of insulation products, from Dunes Point Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Incline is the ideal partner to help us execute our multi-faceted growth plan.
